1. Privacy Policy (Summary)
We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. We collect only necessary data for delivering IT courses. Children’s data is handled with strict safeguarding controls. Parents may request access, correction, or deletion of data.

2. Safeguarding Policy
We are committed to safeguarding all children attending our IT courses. All staff undergo DBS checks before working with children. Staff are trained to identify and report safeguarding concerns. Any safeguarding concerns are reported to local authorities where required. We maintain a safe, inclusive and respectful learning environment.

3. Data Handling & Security
All data is stored securely using encrypted systems. Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We use secure platforms such as Google Drive and CRM systems. Data is retained only as long as required and securely deleted after.

4. Third-Party Services
Marketing and other: Meta, Google Analytics, Campaign Monitor, Kommo, Notion, 
Communication: WhatsApp, Email platforms
Virtual Learning: Zoom, Webex, Google Drive.
Payments: Stripe, Xero
Safeguarding: DBS providers, Student Safeguarding (Local authorities), First Aid.

5. Terms & Conditions
Bookings confirm acceptance of terms. Payments must be made before course start. Cancellations may not be refunded depending on timing. We reserve the right to reschedule one session if necessary. We do not guarantee individual learning outcomes.
