1. Eligibility:
The mentorship program is only available to active students enrolled in Impact Academies tech courses in London or online.

2. Mentor Expertise:
All mentors are professionals in the IT and technology fields. They will share insights based on their personal industry experience, not formal educational training.

3. Training Obligation:
Mentors are not required to hold formal mentorship or teaching qualifications.

4. Session Frequency:
One 60-minute session per month, conducted via Zoom, over a 9-month period. If student fails to join these monthly sessions, he / she can be removed from the program.

5. Mentor Selection & Changes:
Students may request to switch mentors up to two or three times during the 9-month program, subject to availability.

6. Parental Consent:
For students under 18, parental or guardian consent is required to participate. Parents and mentors will need to sign a consent letter before the start of the mentorship program.

7. Confidentiality:
Any personal information shared during the sessions will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes:
While the program aims to provide guidance and skill-building opportunities, no specific academic, career, or financial outcome is guaranteed. Our tech experts will to support student’s passions, career choices and provide advice and guidance on how they can achieve their goals.

9. Right to Amend:
Impact Academies reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to the program structure or mentor availability anytime.
