TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Important notice.
These terms and conditions contain a binding arbitration provision and a class action waiver.
Please read it carefully because it affects your legal rights as detailed in the binding individual arbitration section below.
Effective Date: 1st December 2026

GENERAL
This Agreement governs your access to and use of:
(a) the impactacademies.co.uk
(b) the various "impact Academies & Camps" mobile software applications ("Mobile Applications")
(c) any private access portals for "Impact Academies & Camps" centres students and parents ("Portal(s)")
In this Agreement we use the terms "we" or "us" to refer to LIMITLESS EXPERTS Ltd representing Impact Academies & Camps.
We use the term "Platform" to refer to the Sites, Mobile Applications, and Portal(s) together, individually, and in any combination.
This Agreement is intended to apply broadly and it governs any and all access and use of the Platform, the information or content contained in the Platform, and all aspects of the Services (defined below).
By using the Platform, you agree to this Agreement.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not use the Platform.
You represent that you have the capacity to be bound by this Agreement and are legally authorized to make any and all reservations and purchases, or if you are acting on behalf of a company or other person or entity, that you have the authority to bind, and make such reservations and purchases on behalf of, such company, person or entity.
In order to determine your compliance with this Agreement, we may monitor your access and use of the Platform and Service(s) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
THIS AGREEMENT ESTABLISHES AN ONGOING LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND LIMITLESS EXPERTS LTD (representing IMPACT ACADEMIES & CAMPS).
BY USING, VISITING, OR BROWSING THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.
Certain features of the Platform and/or Service(s) may be subject to additional terms that will be provided in connection with such features. Any and all such additional terms are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
In the event of a conflict between the additional terms and any provision in this Agreement, the additional terms will prevail, but only with respect to the Sites, the Portal(s) and/or any Service to which the additional terms apply.
LIMITLESS EXPERTS Ltd (represented by Impact Academies & Camps) reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update this Agreement without prior notice.
Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted in the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform and/or any Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications.
Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.

Admission
  1. Admission to Impact Academies & Camps is subject to availability of the centre(s), tutor(s), course(s) and the suitability of students.
  2. Impact Academies & Camps may refuse admission to any student it may reasonably deem to be unfit for the course. Impact A&C reserves the right to take steps it reasonably believes to be necessary to maintain discipline, ensure safety and wellbeing of staff and students.
  3. Impact Academies & Camps may choose to hold an assessment session prior to enrolling a student onto a course & has the right to charge for this service.
  4. Attendance at a taster session does not guarantee a place on a course.
  5. Due to limited spaces, Impact Academies & Camps often works on a “first come, first served” basis.
  6. A place on the course is only confirmed once full course payment has been received (or in some cases, when the registration fee is received).
  7. Impact Academies & Camps reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking (even after full payment has been made).
  8. No student may be admitted until the Enrolment Form has been completed and acknowledged by a parent or legal guardian, together with the enrolment fee of £55.00.

Fees
  1. All payments are in the form of a subscription and are taken via Direct Debit through Stripe or direct bank payments.
  2. Paying Annually – Full payment must be received within 14 calendar days of receiving the invoice to receive a discount.
  3. Paying Monthly or Termly – Monthly fees are paid a month in advance via Direct Debit.
  4. Parents may stop payment at any time but must notify Impact A&C one month in advance.
  5. Impact Academies & Camps reserves the right to withdraw the student for unpaid sessions.
  6. Withdrawal is accepted only upon written confirmation.
  7. Rejoining may require payment for missed sessions.
  8. No refunds are provided for missed classes.
  9. Outstanding balances may be legally pursued.
  10. The centre reserves the right to cancel a student’s place if payment is incomplete.
  11. No payment made is refundable.
  12. Catch-up lessons may be chargeable.

Price packages (in the form of subscription)
  1. Subscriptions are available for 1, 3, and 9 months.
  2. Payments must be completed prior to course start.
  3. Late payment fees may apply.
  4. Students may be withdrawn for missed payments.
  5. It is your responsibility to monitor payments.

Direct Debits
  1. By setting up a direct debit, you consent to payment collection.
  2. Frequency is typically monthly.
  3. Amounts are displayed during setup.

Late Fees
  1. Late payments incur a £20.00 fee per month overdue.

Online sessions
  1. Online sessions are held outside physical premises.
  2. Students are responsible for equipment and internet access.
  3. A stable internet connection is required.
  4. Students must join from a quiet environment.
  5. Tutors may mute or remove students if necessary.

Authority, Suspension & Expulsion
Impact Academies & Camps may suspend or expel students where necessary, without refund.

Photography & Videoing
By enrolling, you consent to marketing use of photos/videos unless opted out via email.

Personal Property
Impact Academies & Camps is not responsible for loss or damage of personal items.

Processing information
Data is processed lawfully and securely in accordance with applicable laws.

Data sharing
Personal data is shared only where legally required.

Retaining information
Information is retained only as long as necessary.
