Important Notice: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling a student or purchasing any Services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Young Innovators Academies & Camps LTD, a franchisee operating under the Impact Academies & Camps brand. By completing an enrolment or purchasing Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Effective Date: 7th September 2026

GENERAL
Young Innovators Academies & Camps LTD is a franchisee of the Impact Academies & Camps franchise and operates under the Impact Academies & Camps brand. Young Innovators Academies & Camps LTD is the provider of the Services and the contracting party under these Terms and Conditions. All payments for the Services are collected by Young Innovators Academies & Camps LTD. This Agreement also governs access to and use of impactacademies.co.uk, any Impact Academies & Camps mobile applications, and any private portals made available to students and parents (together, the ‘Platform’), as well as the lessons, courses and related services described in these Terms (the ‘Services’).
By enrolling a student, purchasing Services or using the Platform, the parent or legal guardian agrees to this Agreement. If you do not agree to it, you must not purchase or use the Services or Platform.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are the student’s parent or legal guardian or have their authority and are legally authorised to make the booking and payment. The parent or legal guardian is the contracting customer; the child is the student receiving the Services.

THIS AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN YOU AND YOUNG INNOVATORS ACADEMIES & CAMPS LTD, A FRANCHISEE OPERATING UNDER THE IMPACT ACADEMIES & CAMPS BRAND. BY ENROLLING A STUDENT, PURCHASING SERVICES OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

Certain features of the Platform and/or Service(s) may be subject to additional terms that will be provided in connection with such features. Any and all such additional terms are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the additional terms and any provision in this Agreement, the additional terms will prevail, but only with respect to the Sites, the Portal(s) and/or any Service (defined below) to which the additional terms apply.

We may amend these Terms where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes in law, safety requirements or the Services. We will give reasonable advance notice of any material change. A material change will not apply retrospectively. If a material change significantly disadvantages you, you may cancel before it takes effect without a cancellation charge, and we will refund any amount paid for Services that will not be provided.

Admission
1. Admission to Impact Academies & Camps is subject to availability of the centre(s), tutor(s), course(s) and the suitability of students.
2. We may assess whether a course is suitable for a student and may refuse admission where there are reasonable, objective grounds relating to suitability, safety, available resources or the wellbeing of the student or others. We will comply with equality law and consider reasonable adjustments for disabled students.
3. Impact Academies & Camps may choose to hold an assessment session prior to enrolling a student onto a course & has the right to charge for this service.
4. Attendance at a taster session does not guarantee a place on a course.
5. Due to limited spaces, Impact Academies & Camps often works on a “first come, first served” basis. The centre reserves the right to allocate a reserved space to another student if full payment has not been made.
6. A place on the course is only confirmed once full course payment has been received (or in some cases, when the registration fee is received).
7. We may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking because of tutor unavailability, insufficient enrolment, overbooking, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will offer a replacement lesson, an appropriate account credit or a refund for any Services we cancel and do not provide.
8. No student may be admitted until the Enrolment Form has been completed and the terms and conditions acknowledged and ticked by a parent or legal guardian at the payment stage, and returned to Impact Academies & Camps, together with the enrolment fee of £55.00.

Fees
1. All payments are in the form of a subscription and are taken via recurring automated payments through Stripe. Payments are collected automatically on the same day of each month from when the parent legal guardian started the subscription and made the first payment. E.g. - if the first payment was made on 4th September, the recurring payments will be collected on the 4th of each month. Enrolment and other fees will be processed separately. 
2. Paying Annually - Full payment must be received within 14 calendar days of receiving the invoice to receive a discount, if and when applicable. This payment can be received via a Stripe payment link or Bank Transfer. The payment for the full 9 months program will be set-up as a one-time payment.
3. Paying Monthly or Termly (every 3 months) - Monthly fees are paid a month in advance via Stripe subscription method. This is set-up as a recurring payment (every month / every 3 months) that will be automatically processed through Stripe as a recurring automated payment. Payments are collected automatically on the same day of each month from when the parent started the subscription and made the first payment. E.g. - if the first payment was made on 4th September, the recurring payments will be collected on the 4th of each month. Enrolment and other fees will be processed separately.

Your right to cancel
1. If you enter into this Agreement online, by telephone or away from our premises, you have the right to cancel within 14 days from the date the Agreement is concluded.
2. If you request that lessons begin during this 14-day period and then cancel, we may deduct a reasonable and proportionate amount for any lessons already provided. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 14 days.

After the 14-day period, the cancellation rules below will apply. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellations and Refunds
1. After the 14-day cooling-off period, you may cancel a rolling subscription by giving written notice at least 14 days before the next scheduled payment date. Cancellation stops future renewals; the student may attend lessons already paid for until the end of the current paid period.
2. To cancel, email reading@impactacademies.co.uk or give written notice at the Impact Academies & Camps Reading centre. We will acknowledge cancellation, normally within 48 hours. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please contact us on +44 7462 680884.
3. For a fixed 3-month or 9-month programme paid in full, cancellation after the cooling-off period may be subject to a reasonable deduction reflecting Services already supplied, discounts received and losses we cannot reasonably avoid. Any refundable balance will be calculated fairly and returned within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. We do not normally refund or discount an individual group lesson missed by a student. Where reasonably available, we may offer a catch-up lesson, account credit or alternative session, but this is not guaranteed unless required by law.
5. If we cancel a lesson, we will offer a replacement lesson, an account credit or a refund for the lesson not provided. If we permanently cancel a course, we will refund fees paid for Services not provided.
6. If a payment fails or remains unpaid, we may suspend attendance after giving reasonable notice. We may recover unpaid fees for Services already provided and any reasonable recovery costs that are legally recoverable.
7. If a student later re-enrols, a new booking will be subject to availability, the prices then in force and any applicable enrolment fee. We will not charge for lessons that were not provided during the period of withdrawal unless a valid fixed-term payment obligation remained due.
Price packages (in the form of subscription)
1. We offer flexible: subscriptions: 
·        Monthly (4 lessons)
·        3 months (12 lessons)
·        9 months (36 lessons).
All prices are shown on our website. Price changes will not apply retrospectively to a paid period. We will give reasonable advance notice before changing the price of a renewing subscription.

For subscriptions for 3 months and 9 months there are 2 options available:
·        Monthly instalments
·        Payment in-full

2. Monthly, 3 months and 9 months subscriptions must be completed prior to the start of the course. The start date must be within 1 week from making the first payment. If payment is made during periods when coding lessons are not being held, the start date will be deviated to the first day when the lessons are resuming.
3. Reasonable late-payment or recovery costs may apply as described in the Late Fees section.
4. If a payment is missed, we may suspend the student’s place after giving reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve the payment.
5. Please keep your payment and contact details up to date. We will notify you if a recurring payment fails where reasonably practicable.
 
Subscriptions / Recurring Automated Payments
1. By setting up a subscription through Stripe, you provide your consent to Impact Academies & Camps to initiate a payment or series of payments on your behalf. Please check all terms and conditions when you complete the first payment. You provide your consent by ticking the box that you have fully read and understood our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. The default anticipated frequency of payments is once a month or 3 months, however the exact frequency will be displayed when you’re setting up your subscription / recurring payments plan. Payments are collected automatically on the same day of each month from when the parent or legal guardian started the subscription and made the first payment. E.g. - if the first payment was made on 4th September, the recurring payments will be collected on the 4th of each month. Enrolment and other fees will be processed separately.
3. The amount to be taken from your account will be displayed to you when setting up your subscription plan.
4. Students or their guardian who initially set-up the subscription, will receive an email reminder about every upcoming payment 3 days before the payment. 
5. If you choose to change subscription, you must send an email confirming the preferred package you want to go after and the following will be actioned and confirmed back by Impact Academies & Camps:
·        Email confirming the new payment details.
·        Upon receiving the full payment for the new subscription, the current subscription will be terminated. The new subscription will be made effective 1st of the following month.
·        Any pre-paid lessons from the previous subscription will be transferred to the following month.

Late Fees
1. If a payment remains unpaid for 8 days after its due date, we will send a reminder and give you a reasonable opportunity to pay or contact us.
2. We may charge a reasonable administration fee of up to £20 for an overdue instalment only where this reflects the administrative costs reasonably incurred. We will not charge more than once for the same overdue instalment, and we may waive the fee in appropriate circumstances.
3. We may recover reasonable debt-recovery costs only where such costs are legally recoverable. We encourage you to contact us promptly if you are experiencing financial difficulty.

Please note: if we have not heard from you before your payment is due, late fees will apply.

Online sessions
1. Online sessions refers to studying a course outside of Impact Academies & Camps premises.
2. Students, or their parents / guardians, are responsible for ensuring they have access to the required hardware and software to study the course. This includes, but not limited to, computers, laptops, monitors, apps, programs, internet connections, headsets, microphones and gears. All expenses are to be paid for by the student or their parent/guardian. Impact Academies & Camps holds no responsibilities to cover the cost for this in any way or form. This includes, but not limited to, paying the supplying company or individual, reimbursements or discounts.
3. Students, or their guardians, are responsible to ensure a stable internet connection is available when joining online classes.
4. Students must be in a quiet room away from any distractions or noise.
5. Parents may need to be present to help students with any technical difficulties.
6. Impact Academies & Camps tutors or representatives will have the right to mute or remove students from online classrooms if they reasonably deem it to be in the interest of the company or other students.

Private Tuition
1. You may reschedule your class free of charge if you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. This notice must be submitted in writing by emailing reading@impactacademies.co.uk and must include the correct student and session details.
2. Failure to provide 24 hours notice for class rescheduling will be considered a “No Show” and will count towards your paid hours.
3. If your child has up to 2 “No Show” records, they may still complete the course and achieve their accredited qualification. Any additional “No Show” records will require makeup sessions. There will be a £25 re-booking fee per missed class.
 
Authority, Suspension & Expulsion
1. We may take reasonable and proportionate steps to maintain discipline and protect the safety and wellbeing of students, staff and property.
2. We may suspend or remove a student for serious or repeated unsafe, disruptive or abusive behaviour, or where continued attendance presents a material risk. Except in an urgent safety situation, we will normally explain the concern to the parent or legal guardian and provide a reasonable opportunity to address it.
3. We will consider the student’s age, individual circumstances, special educational needs or disabilities and any reasonable adjustments before making a final decision.
4. If we permanently end a student’s place, we will refund fees paid for future Services that will not be provided, less any reasonable loss we cannot avoid. This does not affect our right to recover unpaid fees for Services already provided or our safeguarding duties.

Trial Lessons
1. We may offer you a one-hour or two-hour long free trial lesson. The free trial lesson is available for children between the ages of 5 to 17.
2. Students outside of this age group may need to pay for their trial lessons, which is £25.
3. The trial lesson must be booked by an adult, either a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for the child during the session.
4. Each child is entitled to one free trial lesson only.
5. Additional trial lessons beyond the initial one are available for a fee of £25.
6. We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule trial lessons for reasons such as instructor unavailability or technical issues. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
7. We reserve the right to cancel trial lessons if we deem you ineligible for reasons such as detection of spam or your geographical location.
8. Parents may reschedule a trial lesson once, free of charge, provided they do so at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled lesson time.
9. A trial lesson may be recorded only where we have provided clear advance information and obtained any consent required by law. Where recording is not necessary, we will provide a reasonable non-recorded alternative where practicable.
10. Recordings used for quality assurance or security will normally be retained for no longer than 14 days. A recording may be retained longer where reasonably necessary to investigate a safeguarding concern, complaint or legal claim. Requests concerning access, restriction or deletion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
11. Any materials, content, or resources provided during the trial lesson remain the intellectual property of Impact A&C and may not be used or distributed without prior consent.
12. We will take reasonable care to provide a safe and engaging learning environment. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13. Parents and students must follow reasonable safety instructions and provide relevant medical, allergy, accessibility and emergency-contact information before participation.
14. We may suspend or end access to a trial lesson for a material breach of these Terms, abusive conduct, safeguarding concerns or a genuine safety or eligibility reason. We will act reasonably and proportionately.

Promotions and Offers
1. We may occasionally offer special course promotions, discounts, or free lessons for our coding classes for kids. These promotional offers are available for a limited time and are subject to limited availability due to the small size of our groups. At the time of your inquiry, our Sales team will confirm the exact timelines, offer deadlines, and any conditions that may apply. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify our promotions at our discretion.

Photography Video and Audio
1. Enrolment does not automatically provide consent for promotional photography, video, audio recordings, interviews, reviews or feedback involving a child.
2. We will request separate, optional permission from the parent or legal guardian before using identifiable images, recordings or comments for advertising, social media, websites, leaflets or other promotional purposes. Refusing permission will not affect the student’s ability to attend the course.
3. Permission may be withdrawn at any time by emailing reading@impactacademies.co.uk. Withdrawal will apply to future use. We will take reasonable steps regarding existing material, although we may not be able to recall printed material already distributed or third-party copies already shared.
4. Operational or safeguarding recordings, where applicable, are handled separately under our Privacy Policy and are not used for marketing without separate permission.

Personal Property
1. It is advisable that students do not bring with them any valuables.
2. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property unless it results from our negligence or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Processing information
Young Innovators Academies & Camps LTD will process personal information in accordance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Policy.

1. We process personal information only where we have an appropriate lawful basis, including where processing is necessary to provide the Services, comply with a legal obligation, protect vital interests, pursue legitimate interests or where valid consent has been given.
2. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or damage.
3. We collect only information reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, take reasonable steps to keep it accurate, and retain it only for as long as necessary under our retention arrangements.
4. We may share information with service providers, professional advisers, safeguarding bodies, emergency services, regulators or other organisations where necessary and lawful. Further details, including individual rights and contact information, are provided in our Privacy Policy.
5. Consent for an optional purpose, including marketing photographs, may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Force Majeure
1. We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, government action, major utility or internet failure, industrial action or a serious security incident.
2. We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and will notify affected customers were reasonably practicable. Where Services cannot be provided, we will offer a replacement, credit or refund as appropriate. Nothing in this section limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. Governing Law: This Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
2. Jurisdiction: The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.
3. Survival: The contents of this section shall survive even after the termination or expiry of the Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy.

1. We are committed to making sure our members are satisfied with the service we provide, but we are realistic enough to know that things don’t go according to plan all the time. If you have a complaint, we want to know about it as soon as possible so that we may fully investigate it and sort the matter out.
