Meet our Mentors
Sara Aloul
I work as a Director of Operations, where I focus on improving processes, making organizations run more smoothly, and creating spaces where people can do their best work. Technology plays a big role in how I approach operations, helping me streamline systems while keeping people and collaboration at the center.
My strength has always been connecting with others, understanding dynamics, and building strong, effective teams. I’m also pursuing a law degree because I see how law and technology could go hand in hand, shaping the way businesses operate and ensuring innovation is used responsibly. For me, growth is never just about what you achieve; it’s about how those skills and experiences can be shared to support others. That perspective drives how we should approach mentorship: with the goal of providing real value, practical insight, and encouragement that helps others move forward.
